The highest-quality rye grains create our whiskey. Goodwood rye pairs traditional rye spice with bourbon sweetness enhanced from finishing in Goodwood’s award-winning English Mild beer barrels. 

Tasting Notes: Herbaceous nose with hints of clove, eucalyptus, and sage, honey on the palate, finishes with notes of tea tannins. 

Base whiskey has a malt bill of 95% Rye 5% Malted Barley. Aged 2 years in charred new American oak barrels.
